Our cleats are manufactured by mold pressing method. The quality or type of rubber used is selected according to the characteristics of the material to be transported. In this way, it meets the desired tear and abrasion resistance. For pallets over 140 mm, textile reinforcement is recommended and produced as such. In order to achieve the longest possible service life, our recommendations regarding minimum drum diameters should be taken into account.

The recommended height for pallets is 10 to 20 mm lower than the bandabores. The pallet types T, C, TC and TCXF differ from each other in terms of their carrying capacity. They are also selected according to the transportation requirements.
The volumetric calculation method you use to calculate the pallet dimensions of Beltsiflex belts will be the same as for conventional belts. The only thing we need to pay attention to here is that the material to be transported will be transported within the volume formed by the pallets and the bandabores. The part size of the material to be transported is vital for the proper functioning of the system.
