Trioflex is designed in accordance with the modern MPC trend (minimum floor concept). It can be used very successfully for medium to the heaviest service conditions, adverse loading conditions and coarse materials.
Trioflex: Conveyor Belt with Low Elongation and High Impact Resistance
As the name suggests, the Trioflex carcass consists of three layers of extremely tough and flexible EP fabric that is moisture repellent and has low elongation. Between the plies is an extra tough rubber layer. All this provides exceptional levels of impact and tear resistance.
– Tensile strengths are available from 400 N/mm to 1250 N/mm.
– Wide range of widths from 400 mm to 2200 mm.
– High quality flame, oil, grease and abrasion resistant coating compounds suitable from -60°C to +400°C.
– Higher impact and tear resistance due to thicker rubber layers between fabric plies.
– Provides higher splicing performance than conventional multi-ply tapes.
– Provides higher effective load support than conventional multi-ply tapes.
Trioflex tapes are available from stock in tensile strengths of 500, 630 N/mm using Dunlop RS (high abrasion and cut resistance) coating grade. Other tensile strengths and coating quality options can be made to order. Available in widths from 400mm to 2200mm.
Trioflex belts provide superior reliability and durability across a broad cross-section of industries, including the steel industry, blast furnaces, mining, coke industry, ore handling, stone industry and processing industries.
According to the customer's assessment, during the first 12 months they saved €96,000 in belt changes, production downtime, repairs and maintenance.
