Heat Resistant Conveyor Belts
Hot material can damage the conveyor belt very quickly. To prevent possible damage, our engineers have developed three types of conveyor belts for transporting materials in different temperature zones.
Three types of conveyor belts are available depending on the application and temperature resistance
- Type T1- *Material temperature up to 125°C
- Type T2- *Material temperature up to 150°C
- Type T3- * Material temperature up to 210°C
Depending on the ambient temperature, the size of the particles and the contact time between the material and the conveyor belt, the belts can also be briefly exposed to temperatures of up to 400°C.
