The Vulcaweld (VWP) model is the preferred unit for splicing light duty rubber conveyor belts (2 ply) and heavier PVC and PU belts. Higher pressure is required for a smooth splicing of the belt. Temperatures can be adjusted as required up to 200 ºC (392 ºF).

Modular platen assembly consisting of special extruded board, silicone heating element and durable composite insulation package. Efficient heating/cooling cycle with maximum platen temperature up to 200 ºC (392 ºF), 200 mm (8‘) roll width available for belt widths up to 3 metres (9.8’)

• Sturdy two-piece aluminium frame is lightweight and easy to manoeuvre for joint placement
