Multiprof: Versatile Belt Solution for Inclined Transport and Challenging Applications
Dunlop Multiprof is a multipurpose profiled belt for inclined transport, specially developed for the transportation of packaged goods such as boxes, bags and luggage, as well as bulk materials such as agricultural products, oily materials, sawdust and wet sand. Multiprof profiled belt can be used for high inclination angles up to 30°. It has excellent drainage properties, runs quietly and is easy to clean.
Standard widths range from 700 mm to 1200 mm. Dunlop Multiprof can be supplied to order in various frame structures. The Multiprof profile can be formed in RA (high abrasion resistant), Betahete (heat resistant) and ROM and ROS (oil resistant) coating grades.
All constructions have EP fabric plies that provide low elongation, high tensile strength and are impermeable to moisture.
