Developed and tested under extreme conditions, this system is a simple and effective two-part system that prevents dust, pillage and helps to reduce cleanup and maintenance costs at installations. This system can be set up in a broad variety of chute configurations only considering the height of the skirtboard, type of material conveyed and the angle of the idlers.
Mount the stainless steel hangers to the chutewall, insert the skirting “T” lugs into the serrated channels, and adjust the skirting to the belt. The skirting holds securely and adjusts in seconds by pushing down or tapping with a mallet. No nuts, bolts, clamps or fasteners to worry about.

After install them in several duty hard-rock installations, the self-adjusting rubber that contours and flexes with the belt, prevents dust leakage satisfactorily. The Beltsiflex Rubberwall System is arguably the most simple and effective sealing system. The sealing strip is high quality press molded rubber that substantially outlasts conventional skirting and can be adjusted and produced in several qualities to offer long-life.
