One of the biggest problems in handling bulk materials is material sticking to the belt surface. This results in a large and unwanted amount of material on the underside of the conveyor belt, which prevents its continuous operation. Smooth operation is only possible if the belt is constantly cleaned (e.g. with special wipers), but often even with these we cannot guarantee flawless operation.
That’s why our engineers have developed a new type of special rubber compound that reduces material adhesion to the tape surface. CleanCover tapes have very good anti-adhesive properties, which makes it possible to reduce the pressing force of the wipers on the tape surface and thus significantly extend the service life.
– Various belt structures are available (tensile strength of the fabric, number of textile inserts, lining thickness)
– Suitable for handling highly abrasive materials (type CC, type CC WLH) as well as materials containing oil and grease (type CC MOR).
