The Beltsiflex system is the product of considerable R&D work. Beltsiflex has developed a manufacturing method that was previously unthinkable.
What differentiates Beltsiflex from other banded tapes on the market is that it is produced by hot vulcanization, which gives it safety, durability and longevity. The level of adhesion and grip achieved with hot vulcanization is 15-30 times higher than with cold bonding. This eliminates the risk of rupture of bandabores and pallets, which is the biggest problem with cold sealing tapes on the market. Among many other advantages, Beltsiflex allows for smaller drum diameters. In addition, the adhesion between the tape and the pallets does not deteriorate during longer storage periods, as is the case with cold sealing tapes.
