Manufactured from premium rubber with high abrasion resistance, the Dunlop Ultima Pulley Mount offers exceptional wear life and value for money. The grooved diamond profile helps dissipate moisture and reduces material buildup and slippage between the belt and pulley. The lagging also acts as an effective wear indicator so maintenance can be planned before the steel face of the pulley is damaged.
Dunlop Ultima can be bonded to most surfaces using most commercially available quality cold bonding systems. In applications where Ultima with adhesive layer (AL) is used, there is no need for time-consuming grinding prior to bonding. The adhesive layer is protected by a plastic film that enables fast processing. The combination of high adhesion and high tensile strength in the adhesive layer ensures maximum bond strength and increased reliability.
