The Almex MVP lightweight conveyor belt vulcanising press is designed to provide fast and reliable belt vulcanisation for PVC, polyurethane and polyester mono filament synthetic belts.

Shaw Almex’s versatile MVP Lightweight water cooled vulcaniser is the press of choice for the splicing of PVC, Polyurethane and Polyester Monofilament synthetic tapes. Combined with quality Almex components, the MVP incorporates the following advanced technology;

Modular platen assembly consisting of special extruded board, silicone heating element and durable composite insulation package. Efficient heating/cooling cycle with maximum platen temperature up to 200 ºC (392 ºF) Available in 125 mm (5‘) and 200 mm (8’) roll widths for belt widths up to 4 metres (13′).
The bottom plate can be removed from the frame for the special sleeve insertion procedure to accommodate short circumference bands.
An upper plate lift can be fitted to the press and placed on a console stand for regular shop use.
