Scraper Blades
They work in a plane tangent to the drum. Tungsten blades have very good wear values and work for a very long time. Since they are mounted to the polyurethane body with the help of 2 bolts, they are very easy to replace.
The blades have 2 saports; one polyurea-tan and the other rubber. The saport set consisting of two different elastomers gives our scraper an extra flexibility, adaptability to movement and the ability to apply constant pressure to the tape. The saportes also have a high level of impact damping.
The scraper saportes consist of 124 mm segments, thanks to its double-element structure, it glides on the tape surface like a tüzüz and does not damage the tape. The body of our scraper consists of sturdy metal profill-er. It has a slide guide to determine the position of the scraper and to adjust the initial pressure. Thanks to its harmonious geometry, it is easily mounted on any type of conveyor. It has an adjustable axle to adapt to different chassis widths and can expand 200 mm on both sides.
