Transportation of bulk, solid materials can sometimes cause problems
sharp edges, irregularly shaped large parts, unfavorable loading conditions and material jams on the belt can cause longitudinal cuts or punctures in the belt. Engineers discovered this problem and found a solution that was both technical and cost-effective. Their efforts led to the development of the Rıpcheck conveyor belt with an additional impact-resistant shock absorber mounted above the belt support frame.
Type RC- elastic transverse reinforcement with steel cord
Type RCH – very narrow and elastic reinforcement with steel cord for difficult operating conditions
Type BR – elastic reinforcement with textile cord (for magnetic separators or metal detectors used in the wood industry)
An additional impact-resistant crusher is mounted on the carcass to prevent the risk of cuts or punctures in the belt due to sharp edges or large pieces, unfavorable feeding conditions and material accumulations.
